Cocktail hour is anytime at our very Italian Bar All’Aperto, a quisibeve terrace bar designed to lounge between sky and sea. Bar Manager Federico Morosi is behind the counter to mix guests’ favourite tipples and whip up original creations, from the popular Pelican Martini to The Teller, his very own take on the Negroni.
Nightcaps can be had at Bar Roberto, our refined drinking spot where piano notes drift through the evening breeze as guests sip a classic cocktail or an all-Italian grappa – best if accompanied by Chef Michelino Gioia’s finger food.
Finally, our wine cellar is a treasure trove of great bottles from Italy and Europe, with some 1700 labels to pick from. For the oenophiles and the curious, private tastings can also be arranged.
