A breezy atmosphere infuses this favourite of the Port Ercole yachting set. The Pelligrill overlooks the pool terrace and blue seas, sunlight splashes through the shades, while colourful Lisa Corti settings are ready to frame something exquisitely delicious from the grill.
The menu exudes freshness, when a new ingredient arrives it is blazoned across the menu with relish. Options are Fracassi, the king of Chianina steak, the catch of the day, tuna ventresca scattered over frisée lettuce, Tuscan Panzanella, clams tossed spaghetti, calamari crisply fried and more.
Lined across the bar are crustaceans on ice, at one point a young Marie-Louise Sciò and her brother liberated a dozen lobsters into the pool, today it is her creative mind that cultivates this laid back and lovely restaurant.
